Please read carefully!

1. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in: possible from 2:00 PM at the earliest.
• Check-out: by 10:00 AM at the latest.
• Earlier check-in or later check-out is possible by prior arrangement, for an additional fee.

2. Payment

The full accommodation fee is payable on site in cash or by bank transfer. For longer stays or peak-season bookings, we may request a 50% deposit.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation 14 days or more in advance: free of charge
• 7–14 days in advance: 50% of the total amount
• Within 7 days or no-show: 100% of the total amount

4. Children’s Discounts

• Ages 0–3: free of charge (sharing a bed with parents or in a cot)
• Ages 4–14: 50% discount on the adult rate
• From age 15: full rate

5. Parking

9 free parking spaces are available in the closed courtyard. Additional cars may park free of charge on the street in the designated spots.

Please take into account the accessibility of empty parking spaces and general parking rules. Be careful when entering and exiting!

6. Smoking and Electronic Cigarettes

Smoking and the use of electronic cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside the building – including balconies – as well as throughout the entire courtyard area (except for the designated smoking area)!

7. Pets

Pets are not allowed in our apartments.

8. Maintaining Quiet

Between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM: loud noise, music and parties are prohibited. Please refrain from these for the sake of other guests and neighbours!

9. Wellness (Jacuzzi and Sauna)

Extra-charge service, available by individual appointment. Children and minors may only use the facilities or stay in the room under parental supervision.

Glassware, glass food/drink containers and fragile items are prohibited in the wellness building!

Current fees and further usage rules will be provided upon arrival.

10. Pool Rules

The outdoor pool is included in the service and may be used free of charge subject to the following rules.

Attention: deep water! The pool depth varies between 20 and 120 cm!

• Jumping into the pool is strictly prohibited!
• Entry only at the designated area.
• Children and minors may only use the pool and its surroundings under parental supervision!
• Showering before using the pool is mandatory; due to the salt content of the water, showering afterwards is recommended!
• Glassware, glass food/drink containers and fragile items are prohibited in the pool area! Eating or drinking in the pool is prohibited!
• Food and drinks may only be consumed on the sun loungers or at designated tables, from plastic or paper containers.

Damages resulting from violation of the rules must be compensated by the guest!

11. Cleaning and Bedding

Weekly cleaning, bedding and towel change is included in the price. Additional cleaning or towel change is available on request for an extra charge.

12. Safety

Our accommodation is equipped with a fire and alarm system connected 24/7 to a security service and the disaster management authority. In case of an alarm, the evacuation plan applies.

Please always lock the doors and windows when leaving the room!

13. Liability

The accommodation does not accept responsibility for lost or damaged personal valuables. Damage caused to furniture or the building must be compensated by the person responsible.

In case of a fire or smoke alarm, the system localises the place, cause, time of the alarm and the room number. Costs of intervention and official response in the event of a false alarm are borne by the person who caused it.
