1. Arrival and departure

• Check-in: from 14:00

• Check-out: no later than 10:00 Late check-out or early check-in is possible upon prior arrangement and for an extra fee.

2. Payment

The full accommodation fee is payable on site in cash or by bank card.

For longer stays or peak-season bookings we may request a 50 % deposit.

3. Cancellation policy

• Cancellation more than 14 days before arrival: free of charge

• 7–14 days before arrival: 50 % of the total amount

• Less than 7 days or no-show: 100 % of the total amount

4. Children discounts

• 0–3 years: free of charge (sleeping in parents’ bed or in a baby cot)

• 4–14 years: 50 % of the adult price

• 15 years and older: full price

5. Parking

9 free parking spaces are available in the closed courtyard.

Additional vehicles may park free of charge on the street.

6. Smoking and pets

Smoking is permitted only in the designated area on the rear terrace.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all other areas of the building (rooms, common areas).

Pets are not allowed on the premises.

7. Quiet hours

In consideration of other guests and neighbours, noise, loud music, etc. are not permitted between 22:00 and 08:00.

8. Wellness (jacuzzi & sauna)

Extra-charge service, available by individual appointment.

Current rates and usage rules will be provided upon arrival.

9. Cleaning and linen

Weekly cleaning with bed linen and towel change is included in the price.

Additional cleaning or towel change can be requested for an extra fee.

10. Kitchen and meals

• Room no. 7 and the two apartments on the 2nd floor have their own private kitchen.

• All other rooms are equipped with a mini fridge.

• A shared American-style kitchen is available on the ground floor. Breakfast or other meals can be ordered in advance upon request.

11. Safety

Every room and area of the building is equipped with smoke detectors and a fire alarm system.

Please always lock doors and windows when leaving the room.

12. Liability

The property accepts no liability for lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings.

Guests are liable for any damage caused to furniture or the building.
